My name is Miranda, and I am a qualified Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness & Pilates instructor. It gives me absolute joy and pleasure to help you feel strong, active and mobile again. 
  
How do you make change when change is so hard? We will not only work through what's holding you back in making change and what motivates you. We will also address the physical aspect of getting stronger, active and mobile. I will support you in finding out what you want, why this is important, and how you can get there.
